Panyu in the morning is quiet

Almost blessedly so

Dongshankou is noisy at all times

In the morning, waking up is easy

down the stairs,

out the door

out the gate

into a Guangzhou morning

noisy, steamy, smelly

crowded and absolutely beautiful
